A Slice of Kent
For many years I have wanted to publish a book showcasing Kent produce from some of the best chefs and cooks in Kent. I am a Kentish man and spent many years as the Sommelier at Reads Restaurant in Faversham, and was part of the team when it was awarded a Michelin Star. Whilst there I fondly remember afternoons collecting local asparagus or wandering around the substantial kitchen garden seeing what was coming into season. It was hard work, but we were connected to the food.
I feel that now is the time for this book, a time to share what is so special about Kent and it’s finest producers. I hope you feel the same.
To save searching for the book in farm shops, delis and restaurants (hopefully they will sell out fast!) why not pre-order and get it the very next day after publication? I can also sign it for you upon request and post and packing will be free of charge.
The book would be a fine present for any foodie friends you have if you often find yourself struggling to find them a personal gift they that you know they will love.
You can pre-order the book below for just £14.95 inc P&P and guarantee a 1st edition copy.
